Client Services Operations Manager

As the Client Services Operations Manager, Chris serves as a liaison between Financial Services and clients to facilitate communication and oversee the coordination and implementation of financial processes.

Chris possesses a high degree of accuracy, detail orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.

His ability to take direction from multiple parties, work independently, balance multiple deadlines, and remain detail-oriented and well-organized.

He properly documents all aspects of the new account opening process, including, but not limited to, pre-filling new account custodial paperwork and investment management agreements, confirming accurate completion of client documents, and reviewing account setup for accuracy.

He takes the initiative in finding innovative solutions to resolve account matters and sensitive client interactions.

On Chris’s days off you can find him hiking in the mountains somewhere in the United States. He also was a former wrestling high school coach and official.  

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Eastern Connecticut University.
